When your energy is clear and and your spirit is flowing you exist in a natural state of balance, lightness and Soul alignment, attracting opportunity, inspiration, positivity, healthy relationships, and abundance into your life. In this state of ‘flow’ your body is most able to rest, restore, and heal itself.

Appointments may include shamanic journeys, meditations, soul and spirit helper retrieval, removal of emotional blocks, energetic intrusions, attachments, and cords, intuitive & spiritual guidance, Chakra balancing, gentle breath work, shadow work, and inner child healing.

Single sessions typically leave you feeling lighter, and more grounded and centered both physically and emotionally and may offer a noticeable shift.

For deeper issues and shifts, a series of sessions is usually needed. For best results, clients will actively participate in their healing process, embracing homework, and integrating daily lifestyle practices, and seasonal tune-up sessions.

After our initial appointment, I will suggest a plan for addressing your longer term goals. I strongly recommend scheduling 120 mins for first appointments and deeper work.

Your uniquely curated SOUL MEDICINE package includes 8 (2 hr) sessions, designed to create significant positive shifts in your life, releasing outdated conditioning, negative patterns, false ‘selves,’ and limiting beliefs, while restoring and reconnecting you to your inner wisdom, innate gifts, personal power, and your unique brand of SOUL MAGIC, the truest essence of yourself.

If your home feels a bit ‘off’ or you feel ‘heaviness,’ it could be that you’re sensing leftover energy from past events or the people who once lived there. This could be the source of relationship issues, the reason your property won’t sell, or why your business is struggling.

I will clear away negativity or leftover stagnant energy, and help any spirits move on, healing your space much like I would a person. I will also help to create the energetically protected, peaceful sanctuary you desire.

These clearings are perfect for new homes, when problems arise, or when moving on to a new chapter in your life. This work can be performed successfully in-person or remotely.
