SHAMANIC + REIKI ENERGY HEALING

This is deep, holistic work—bringing together shamanic healing traditions and Reiki energy healing to explore what is happening not only on the surface, but at deeper levels of your experience.

Every session is different, because every person is different. Rather than following a fixed protocol, I work intuitively and in relationship with spirit, meeting you where you are and allowing the session to unfold according to what feels most needed. Sometimes you may know exactly what you want to work on; other times, the deeper work reveals itself along the way.

Before we meet, I spend time tuning into your energy and listening for guidance. When we meet, we begin with conversation: What are you moving through? What feels stuck, heavy, or unresolved? What are you seeking? I share my initial intuitive impressions, and together we establish an intention for our work.

At the heart of the session is hands-on Reiki and shamanic journeying, with additional practices woven in as appropriate, including soul retrieval, energetic clearing, chakra balancing, somatic awareness, breathwork, inner child and shadow work, and past-life exploration.

We close with time for reflection and integration. I offer practices or suggestions to continue exploring the work between sessions. While a single session can offer meaningful insight and movement, deeper and more lasting transformation typically unfolds through ongoing work over time. We'll talk together about what kind of support might best serve you.

GROUP HEALING CIRCLES

Some of the most powerful healing happens in the company of people we love.

This offering brings the depth of Shamanic + Reiki Energy Healing into a shared experience—designed specifically for couples, close friends, or small groups who want to explore this work together.

Each person receives individual hands-on healing within a shared field of connection and support. As with all my sessions, I work intuitively and in relationship with spirit. The experience follows the same general arc as an individual session—an opening conversation, hands-on Reiki and shamanic journeying, and time for reflection and integration—with additional elements tailored to the group, which may include an intention-setting ceremony.

We close by sharing what each person experienced, and I may offer intuitive guidance and tarot to help illuminate and weave together the threads of your individual journeys.

These circles can be beautiful for couples seeking healing or deeper connection, close friends marking a transition or celebrating a milestone, or any small group ready to explore this work together.

PSYCHIC + INTUITIVE READINGS

Sometimes we need more than practical advice—we need clarity that comes from a deeper place.

These sessions offer a space to explore the questions, transitions, relationships, and experiences that are most alive for you right now. Drawing on tarot, shamanic journeying, photographs, personal objects, and intuitive connection with my spirit guides, I help you access perspectives and insights that may not be readily available through ordinary conversation or analysis.

Together, we explore what is asking for your attention—whether you're navigating relationship struggles, creative blocks, financial or career questions, questions of purpose, or a period of hardship, loss, or change.

I also offer the possibility of connecting with loved ones who have passed. I hold this aspect of the work with particular care and reverence.

My intention is not to tell you what your future holds or make decisions for you. Rather, I offer intuitive perspectives and spiritual insight that can help you see your circumstances differently, reconnect with your own inner knowing, and find greater clarity about your path forward.

SPACE CLEARINGS + BLESSINGS

The spaces we live and work in can hold the stories, emotions, and energy of the people and events that have passed through them. Sometimes a home or workspace simply doesn't feel quite right—heavy, unsettled, stagnant, or difficult to connect with—even when we can't explain why.

A space clearing offers an opportunity to intentionally release what no longer belongs in a space and create a renewed sense of peace, clarity, and possibility.

Working intuitively and in relationship with spirit, I attune to the energy of the home, workspace, or land and use a combination of shamanic practices, energy healing, intention, and blessing to clear what feels stagnant or discordant. When appropriate, this may include working with spiritual presences or energies that seem to remain connected to a place.

I also work with the land itself, honoring its history, character, and relationship with the people who live upon it.

Space clearings can be especially meaningful when moving into a new home or workspace, after a significant life event or transition, following renovation or major changes, when a space feels unsettled or difficult to inhabit, or simply when you're ready for a fresh beginning.

The intention is to help create a space that feels lighter, more harmonious, protected, and truly your own.
