This is deep, integrative work — combining shamanic healing traditions with Reiki energy medicine to address what's happening not just on the surface, but at the root.

Every session is different, because every person is different. Rather than following a fixed protocol, I work intuitively, guided by spirit, to meet you exactly where you are. What unfolds in a session is shaped by what you most need — whether that's known to you yet or not.

Before your appointment, I tune in to your energy and begin receiving guidance. When we meet, we start with a conversation — what you're moving through, what feels stuck or heavy, what you're seeking. I share my initial intuitive impressions, and together we set the intention for the session.

At the heart of the healing work is hands-on Reiki and shamanic journeying, with additional practices woven in as guided by spirit — soul retrieval, removal of energetic blocks and cords, chakra balancing, somatic awareness, breathwork, inner child and shadow work, and past life exploration.

We close with time for reflection, and I offer practices and homework to help you integrate and carry the work forward. After your first appointment, I will suggest a longer-term plan — the deepest and most lasting shifts happen through sustained work over time.

These ongoing sessions are for anyone navigating grief, loss, illness, life transitions, relationship changes, or spiritual crisis — and for those simply longing for a deeper sense of meaning and direction.

I will walk beside you through life's highs and lows, offering a space that is compassionate, unhurried, and entirely your own. Tailored to your unique needs, we will also work to uncover and heal the deeply ingrained emotional patterns and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck, confused, and unhappy — and replace them with greater clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.

This offering brings the depth of Shamanic + Reiki Energy Healing into a shared experience — designed specifically for couples, close friends, or small groups who want to do this work together. Each person receives individual hands-on healing while the energy flows through and between everyone present, creating a collective field that amplifies and deepens the work.

As with all my sessions, I work intuitively and guided by spirit. The structure follows the same arc as an individual session — an opening conversation, hands-on Reiki and shamanic journeying, and time for integration — with additional elements tailored to the group, which may include an intention setting ceremony. We close by sharing what each person experienced, and I offer intuitive guidance and tarot to help illuminate and weave together the threads of your individual journeys.

These ceremonies are beautiful for couples seeking healing or deeper connection, close friends marking a transition or celebrating a milestone, or any group ready to explore this work together.

PSYCHIC INTUITIVE READINGS

Sometimes we need more than practical advice — we need clarity that comes from a deeper place. These sessions are for those moments when you're seeking direction, meaning, or healing that ordinary conversation can't quite reach.

Drawing on tarot, shamanic journeying, photographs, and personal objects, I work with my spirit guides to connect with your highest self and your own personal spiritual counsel — the inner wisdom and unseen support that is always available to you. Together we explore whatever is most alive and pressing for you right now.

Sessions can illuminate relationship struggles, creative blocks, financial challenges, career and life purpose questions, and times of hardship, loss, or change. I also offer the possibility of receiving messages from loved ones who have passed — an aspect of this work I hold with particular care and reverence.

Our homes and the land we live on are living, energetic beings — absorbing and holding the energy of everything that has happened within them. Past events, previous occupants, unresolved emotions — all of it can linger, creating a heaviness or sense that something feels off, even when you can't quite name why.

This disturbance in a space's energy can quietly affect the people living or working there — showing up as relationship tension, creative stagnation, difficulty sleeping, or inexplicable unease. It can even affect whether a property sells.

Sometimes the disturbance originates in the space itself — and sometimes it reflects something unresolved in the occupants. Often it's both, and I work with all of it.

Working intuitively and guided by spirit, I clear stagnant and discordant energy, helping any lingering spirits move on, and restoring your space to a state of balance, protection, and peace — healing it much as I would a person. I also work with the land itself, which carries its own history and memory.

These clearings are ideal for new homes or workspaces, after significant life events or transitions, when unexplained issues arise, or whenever you're ready to start fresh and create the sanctuary you deserve.
