My intuitive and healing gifts began early. At 3 or 4 years old, I happily played with my Uncle Dave, who was no longer alive. And in grade school I nurtured and collected sick and stray animals that no one else could touch.

Throughout my life, I have always ‘known’ things by way of premonitions, clairaudience, and picking up thoughts and emotions from people’s faces or the energy in a room.

Raised in South East Asia by globe-trotting British parents, I was immersed in countries and cultures where mysticism, spiritualism and traditional healing are the norm. And I grew up assisting my mother, an herbalist, registered nurse, midwife, healer and natural healer. My mother is also a gifted psychic medium, as was my grandmother. But for some reason I pushed my natural gifts into the background.

As I struck out on my own in my late teens, I was drawn to the arts and storytelling, and a career with ‘purpose.’ I studied television and film and eventually became a successful non-fiction Showrunner and Executive Producer in the entertainment industry.

Creatively, I thrived — producing groundbreaking shows that informed and entertained, with colleagues I adored. But as an empath, I began to ‘burn out’ on the volatility of the business and lack of work/life balance. I yearned for something more. But I had no idea what, let alone how.

Then, while navigating a corporate merger, the universe sent me a powerful sign: I was laid off from a job I loved.

Devastated and filled with fear, I reached out to a medium for guidance. She shared a profound prophecy. Her spirit guides said I needed to find ‘my teacher,’ and that my true path was ‘healing.’

A sudden sense of lightness came over me. And as the message sank in, years of soul searching and unanswered questions faded away.

Since then, I have embarked on a powerful and deeply healing journey, and the doors have opened to a path that fills me with excitement and fulfillment...and that elusive sense of ‘purpose.’

I am a certified Shamanic Reiki Master Practitioner, Teacher, Certified InterSpiritual Counselor, trained Psychic Medium, and visual artist.

I received my Shamanic Reiki Master Practitioner Teacher Certification from Shamanic Reiki Worldwide in 2020, studying with award-winning author, prominent healer, teacher of Shamanism, Llyn Roberts, co-founder, Stacey Gibbons, and Hawaii's sought after teacher, author and energy healer, Jonathan Hammond.

I received foundational training in Shamanism and Mediumship from Shamanic Reiki Master Practitioner & Teacher, and Medium, Sue Sparrow Bellamy; and internationally recognized, Evidential Medium, Cindy Kaza.

In 2022, I completed my InterSpiritual Counseling and Companioning certification at One Spirit Interfaith Seminary and Learning Alliance in New York City.

I am continuing my studies with Shamanic Reiki Worldwide, and the Foundation for Shamanic Studies. I am deeply inspired and guided by Nature, and the work and teachings of Sandra Ingerman.
