My intuitive and healing gifts began early. At 3 or 4 years old, I happily played with my Uncle Dave, who was no longer alive. And in grade school I nurtured and collected sick and stray animals that no one else could touch.

Throughout my life, I have always ‘known’ things by way of premonitions, clairaudience, and picking up thoughts and emotions from people’s faces or the energy in a room.

Raised in Southeast Asia by globe-trotting British parents, I was immersed in countries and cultures where mysticism, spiritualism, and traditional healing are the norm. I grew up assisting and learning from my mother, a nurse, midwife, herbalist, energy healer, and gifted psychic medium (as was my grandmother). But for some reason I pushed my natural gifts into the background.

As I struck out on my own in my late teens, I was drawn to the arts and storytelling, and a career with ‘purpose.’ I studied television and film and eventually became a successful non-fiction Showrunner and Executive Producer in the entertainment industry.

Creatively, I thrived — producing groundbreaking shows that informed and entertained, with colleagues I adored. But as an empath, I began to ‘burn out’ on the volatility of the business and lack of work/life balance. I yearned for something more. But I had no idea what, let alone how.

Then, while navigating a corporate merger, the universe sent me a powerful sign: I was laid off from a job I loved.

Devastated and filled with fear, I reached out to a medium for guidance. She shared a profound prophecy. Her spirit guides said I needed to find ‘my teacher,’ and that my true path was ‘healing.’

A sudden sense of lightness came over me. And as the message sank in, years of soul searching and unanswered questions faded away.

Since then, I have embarked on a powerful and deeply healing journey, and the doors have opened to a path that fills me with excitement and fulfillment...and that elusive sense of ‘purpose.’

Today, I bring together extensive training and certifications with my lifelong intuitive and healing gifts. I am a certified Shamanic Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, Certified Interspiritual Counselor, trained Psychic Medium, and visual artist.
